My name is Bethany and I am 26 years old. I have a serious interest in healthy eating, running and BAKING! I try living a nutritious lifestyle, but I am a sweets/candy addict! I always need a dessert after dinner! I live in a college town with my husband Abram and my dalmatian Misha. I work at a upscale Salon & Spa as a Salon Coordinator. I did graduate Cosmetology School in 2003, but enjoy the business end much better than being behind the chair. I work with some of the most fantastic girls at J Stephens Salon & Spa!

My fitness routine is running 2 miles (or more) 5-6 days a week, with Sundays being my biggest day @ the gym (I go with Abram and he busts my butt!) He "makes" me do tons of squats, and a million reps of weights :) He's my personal trainer. I have a treadmill at home, so most days I run at home watching DVR'd episodes of Teen Mom, Kardashians, 90210, Holly's World, Jersey Shore, any junk tv that recorded the previous night. Fridays after work I go to the gym with my pal Mandi, who totally motivates me!

I come from a family of four. My sister (Toni-22 yrs old) currently lives in Florida, and is attending Cosmetology School (must run in the family!) My parents (John & Deb) live about 5 miles away from me, and always make Sunday dinner!! My dad is a retired Police Officer who currently works for Highway Safety and my mom works at a Staffing Agency as HR manager. My mom and I are twins-I do and say everything she does. I am a mini her ("don't hate me cuz I'm beautiful") haha!
